Ground Floor
Entering by the rear entrance hallway, two steps lead into a farmhouse type kitchen with oil-fired, four-door Aga, electric cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, and other small appliances.

Next to the kitchen is an informal playroom with a pool table and a second fridge / freezer.

Off the rear hallway is a superb dining room, with sit-down dining space for 15 guests. A superb marble fireplace forms a focal point in this room (not used).

Next door to the dining room is a very cosy tv snug, with an Adam designed, carved, light oak fire surround containing a working fire. There is also an interesting little laundry in this area called Peggy’s Pantry. Original and full of character, this houses yet another fridge / freezer, as well as a washer and dryer.

The hall terminates in the main hall, where you will find the front entrance to the property and access into the garden.

Off the main hallway is the tasteful, enormous drawing room, with a working Adam fireplace matching the one in the snug.

A staircase leads up from the main hall to the first floor.

First Floor
Here you will find six bedrooms.

The master bedroom is very large, with a small sitting area and a tv. A single bedroom adjoins this room, which can be used either in conjunction with the master bedroom or as a single room in its own right utilising a second from the main landing.

There are a further two double bedrooms on this floor and two twin bedded rooms along with two bathrooms and one shower room.

A rear staircase leads down from the first floor to the kitchen end of the house.

Second Floor
Two further bedrooms are located here: one double bedroom and one twin bedded room.

The property has full oil fired central heating with the exception of the two bedrooms on the second floor, which have electric panel wall heaters.
